Our return policy is simple, you can return the device(s) you bought within 30 days of product dispatch following the below guide lines. If your GlocalMe portable device is within the warranty period please contact your purchase channel. If your GlocalMe is out of warranty, or for further assistance kindly email support@glocalme.com with your order number.
1. Enter your destinations and choose your preferred data plan.
2. Choose your activation start date and end date. The activation start date is when you want your Wi-fi service to start. For example, if you're traveling to Europe, and you want to have WiFi from the day you land, you pick that day to be your activation day. Please note device activation time follows Eastern Standard Time.
3.Choose a shipping method and leave enough time for delivery.
4. Make the payment.
5. An order confirmation will be sent to your email once we receive your order.
eSIM does not support the use of multiple phones. Once the first phone is downloaded and installed, it will be bound to this phone, other phones cannot install this eSIM.
After your order is successfully placed, we will send you an email containing an eSIM QR code. Please check your inbox/junk mail/spam folder to confirm if you have received the email. You can activate your eSIM directly by scanning the QR code in the email with your mobile phone.
