Data pack virtual items do not need to be shipped, please send your IMEI code and app account to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will recharge your device within 12 hours.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can return the device(s) you bought within 30 days of product dispatch following the below guidelines.
Before returning device, please note the following problems can be solved by a simple restart.
- Data failed to synchronize with APP
- Fail to response to actions
- Charged device cannot be switched on
- Fail to connect
- Unsatisfactory network
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
