User Conduct

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GlocalMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services.

Nothing in these Terms shall affect any mandatory statutory rights that apply to you as a consumer, including the legal guarantees described herein. The limitations in this section shall not apply to any liability of GlocalMe resulting from our own gross negligence or willful misconduct, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. We are not responsible for any failure or delay caused by force majeure.

Dispute Resolution

The Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong excluding conflicts of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (“HKIAC”) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre ("HKIAC Rules") for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause.

Modification of these Terms

GlocalMe reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least three (3) days' prior notice for changes, and at least thirty (30) days' prior notice for changes that are material or disadvantageous to you, by posting the updated Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.  

Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right will not be considered a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice, constitute the entire agreement between you and GlocalMe regarding your use of the Site.

Termination of the Services

We may suspend the service of this Site or terminate your access to this Site if we deem it necessary. These Terms will apply from the time you use this Site until we terminate your access to this Site.
